the skyride is like being in an helicopter around new york and enjoyed it very much as with all american sights they do it very well no problems with our printed ticket and after the skyride you are stright on the elevator to the top of the empire state building best advice do the sights early then you dont get many in the line

Great trip to the NY Skyride and Empire State Building Observatory. A thing you must not miss when going to New York. It's nice to skip the line.

Well Worth It

Well worth it, stunning views. Strongly recommend booking prior to visit as queues for tickets were long. You still have to queue for lifts but these do move quickly.

Didnt want to get off

Excellent ride for all ages, hated having to get off, would love to do it all again.

This is highly recommended! The best views in New York City! We did it at night and for us it was the perfect time. You will love the New York Skyride prior to the going up to the Observatory. Go one do it. Put it high on your list!

Enjoyable

NY Skyride was really good fun which we all enjoyed, and the Empire State Building is a must see.

"The combination with the Empire State Building is a great value. Plus, the line at the Empire State Building was very long when we were there. The Skyride combo allowed us to skip most of the Empire State Building line. I would certainly recommend this attraction just for that. But, it was also nice to see a 'high-lite' of NYC."

Kids loved it!

"We chose to do the NY Skyride, even though reviews on here aren't the greatest. We were already at the Empire State Bldg, so figured we'd give it a try. It was a lot of fun! Our kids (8 & 5) loved it! If you are familiar with Disney, it's a cross between Soarin' and Star Tours, with NY as the scene. I can see how some adults would be annoyed, having paid a lot of $$ for it (it was on our NY Pass, which we'd already paid for), but for us, it was great. Kids enjoyed it much more than the 86th floor of the ESB, that's for sure. :)"
